Terms & Conditions
Payment and Refund Policy:
•New Class: As our spots are limited, please ensure payment is made within 48 hours
upon our confirmation of the class to secure your child’s spot in the program.
•Continuing Enrollment: For students wishing to continue with additional packages,
payment must be settled before the last class of the current package.
•Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
•Payment Method: We accept cash, FPS, bank transfer, and cheque for payment.
Cancellation Notice:
Students must provide a minimum of 4 hours’ notice before canceling a class. Failure
to notify within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of one class credit. In cases
of medical issues, discretion may be applied, provided that a doctor’s certificate is
submitted.
Class Credits Validity(Apply to Private Class only):
• 12 Classes Package Validity Period: 16 weeks from the first day of the program.
• 4 Classes Package Validity Period: 6 weeks from the first day of the program.
• Credits will be forfeited if not used within the validity period.
Make-Up Class Policy (Apply to Group Class only):
• All group classes require students to make up missed classes to keep up with class
progress.
• Maximum Number of Make-Up Classes for a:
12-Class Package: 3 sessions
4-Class Package: 1 session
Make up class must be scheduled within one month. Students who require more than
the allotted makeup classes will need to purchase extra sessions at the regular price.
• Group class make-up sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes.
• Scheduling Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes are subject to the availability of slots
and teachers at the center. We will try our best to arrange the same teacher for make
up class, if another teacher is arranged, make up notes will be passed to the make up
teacher. Once a make-up class date and time are mutually agreed upon and confirmed
by the center, no changes can be made. The student must either attend the make-up
class or forfeit the opportunity.
• Centre’s Discretion: The Centre reserves the right to determine the eligibility and
availability for make-up class offers.
Group Class Policy:
• Duration: Group class runs for 60 minutes. The group class will be conducted for a
duration of 45 minutes only when there is a single student present.
• Attendance and Makeup Classes: If a student is absent from a scheduled group class,
Students are eligible to schedule makeup classes for a maximum of one or three times,
depending on the package purchased. (Please refer to the clause *Maximum Number
of Makeup Classes for more details.)The makeup class will be a 45-minute one-onone
session, which will deduct one group class credit from the student’s account. We
require students’ commitment to the course to ensure they do not fall behind and can
effectively catch up on missed content.
• Withdraw from a Group Class: To withdraw from the course, students must provide
a minimum of two weeks’ notice to allow for proper planning and accommodate other
students.
• If a group class is left with only one remaining student, the instructor will work with
that student to complete the outstanding credits (45 minutes per lesson). Concurrently,
the teacher will search the waitlist to identify a suitable replacement student to join
the group.
• If no new student is found before the completion of the credits, the student may
either transition to a one-on-one private class or purchase a new 8-hour group package
($450/45min) one-on-one class as a transitioning time until a new student can be
added to the group.
• If, after the 8-week waiting period, no new student has been found, the individual
student may need to consider permanently shifting to a one-on-one private class or
wait until additional students can be enrolled to resume the group class.
Course Materials:
•Students are required to purchase textbooks for the course.
Course Adjustments:
• Content and Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the course content and
schedule as needed.
Additional Policies:
• Timeliness: Students are required to attend classes on time.
• Media Use: Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional
purposes.
Adverse Weather Policy
The Learning Centre prioritizes the safety of students and staff during adverse
weather conditions. Please read below for details on how we handle class schedules
during these conditions.
Additional Information
• Any classes cancelled due to bad weather will be rescheduled to the following
week at the same time and day, unless otherwise notified.
• Please check weather updates from the Hong Kong Observatory.
• We will notify you via whatsapp about cancellations or resumptions.
