Maddy has been with Ms. Rose for over two years. When she first joined, she could only recognize four of the three-letter words. She was behind in her curriculum, so we decided to send her to a phonics class once a week. She enjoyed it very much; the class is fun, and she became self-driven with her homework and studying. She has just completed 9 stages and has started doing a bit more on grammar and writing. I am not sure how Ms. Rose does it, but Maddy loves going to her class.
